Product Details
1. The cone crusher is suitable for crushing minerals and rocks with medium to high hardness. It features a reliable structure, high production efficiency, convenient adjustment, and economical use. Its spring safety system acts as overload protection, allowing super hard foreign objects (such as iron blocks, etc.) to pass through the crushing cavity without damaging the machine. Use dry oil or water sealant to isolate stone dust from the lubricating oil and ensure reliable operation of the machine. The type of crushing cavity is determined by the size of the finished material particles. The standard type is used for medium crushing operations, while the medium and short head types are used for fine crushing operations.
2. When the crusher is operating, the motor drives the eccentric sleeve to rotate through the elastic coupling, the drive shaft, and a pair of bevel gears. The crushing cone performs an oscillating motion driven by the eccentric sleeve, so that the crushing wall and the bearing. The mortar walls sometimes come closer together and sometimes move apart, continuously squeezing and impacting the mineral in the crushing cavity, causing it to break.
